We use company, country, email and any optional project details you provide to respond to your inquiry, assess requirements and discuss cooperation. Please send only information needed for the initial discussion.

Services involved

This site is hosted through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the site. Forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business mailbox hosted by Alibaba Cloud enterprise email. FormSubmit may present Google reCAPTCHA on its own domain to check for spam; this can involve connection and browser data being processed by Google.

These providers may process data outside your country. Review their information before submitting: Cloudflare, FormSubmit, Google privacy, Google terms and Alibaba Cloud.

Your information and choices

Customer designs and project information are confidential. For questions about our use of inquiry information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. You may inquire directly by email or WhatsApp instead of using the form.

How long we keep inquiry information

For inquiries that do not lead to an order, we retain inquiry information for 12 months after the last contact, then delete or anonymise it. Customer and transaction records are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute may be retained for that purpose.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. Contact [email protected]. We respond without undue delay and, where EU or UK data protection law applies, generally within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain the reason within that initial period. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Purpose and international processing

We process inquiries to take steps you request before a possible contract and to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, where these legal bases apply. Service providers may process information in China and other countries under their own service terms. Contact us about the arrangements applicable to your inquiry before sending sensitive information. This page does not claim that any provider offers a specific transfer safeguard or processing agreement that we have not verified.
