Craft & materials
Every quote we send lists the leather, lining, hardware and finish by name. These are the options we run. If you have your own spec sheet, send it — we'll match it.
Leather
We buy from LWG-rated tanneries in Italy and China, and keep core colours in stock so repeat orders don't wait on the tannery.
Uncorrected surface, visible natural grain. Takes on a patina with use. Best for bags where the leather is the point.
Embossed grain that hides scuffs and holds shape well. The practical choice for daily totes and travel bags.
Dense, firm and dry to the touch. Used for belts, straps and small goods that need to hold an edge.
Hardware
Brushed brass, antique brass, nickel and matte black as standard. Custom buckles and logo-engraved plates from 500 pcs.
Zips are YKK or equivalent. All hardware is load-tested on the finished bag, not just on the component.
Construction
Edges. Edge paint, hand-burnished, or raw and waxed — chosen per style.
Stitching. 8–10 stitches per inch, bonded nylon thread, reinforced at stress points.
Structure. Interfacing and base boards specified per bag so it holds shape without feeling stiff.
Lining. Cotton twill, microsuede or leather; your label can be sewn into the seam.
Customisation
Leather and colour · lining · hardware finish · dimensions · pocket layout · strap drop · logo embossing · dust bag and packaging · hangtags and barcodes.
Sampling takes 15 days and includes three rounds of revision. A sampling fee applies per style and is credited against the bulk order.
