The workshop
Ruicheng is a leather goods workshop in Guangzhou. We develop and produce bags for brands and retailers, with our own cutting, stitching and finishing lines under one roof.
How we work
1. Brief. You send a reference, sketch or tech pack. We come back within two working days with feasibility, target price and a sampling plan.
2. Sample. A first sample in 15 days, with the actual leather and hardware we propose. Three rounds of revision are included.
3. Approve. You sign off on the sample, we lock the spec sheet and confirm the bulk date.
4. Produce. Bulk lead time is agreed per order — typically 30–45 days. Every piece is checked at three points: cutting, stitching and final packing.
Capability
Cutting, skiving, stitching, edge finishing, hardware setting, final QC and packing. No outsourced stitching, which is why lead times hold.
Full-grain, top-grain and pebbled leather from LWG-rated tanneries. Linings, zips and hardware sourced from long-term suppliers, or supplied by you.
Compliance
Documentation on working conditions and material compliance is available on request, along with traceability from hide to finished piece.
Standard
If a bag can't be made to the standard we'd put our own name on, we say so before you pay for a sample. That is the whole quality policy — no small print, no exceptions for volume.
